Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow us to get you checked in and confirm any important information, as well as give you the chance to fill out any necessary paperwork. Arriving late may interrupt your service and the services of those who follow you.
Patient privacy is a top priority at our office. We ensure that our staff will not discuss your treatments with any other clients. In order to ensure your total privacy, you may be periodically asked to verify specific information such as your birthdate, phone number or address.
We understand that unexpected complications and illnesses arise. However, a reservation is a promise between one of our experienced clinicians and you, the client. Because of the time constraints of our providers, ample notice is required for rescheduling appointments. We request that cancellations are done 24 hours prior to an appointment.
If you do not cancel or reschedule an appointment 24 hours in advance, a $50 fee may be charged for weekday appointments; $100 for canceled long procedure appointments.
All services, service packages and pre-paid treatments are non-refundable. The price paid may be applied towards other services available at Lucali Aesthetics and Regenerative Medicine. Products can be returned, unopened, for a refund within 14 days from date of purchase. In the event that the product is open, or you are not satisfied with the performance of the product, it can be returned for a credit within 14 days of purchase and that credit can be used towards other purchases.

Please let us know if you have any sore throat, fever, cough, nasal congestion, chills or any other symptoms as soon as possible so we can reschedule your appointment to the time when you are symptom free and you are feeling well. Our staff will prescreen you for the presence of any of these symptoms during each office visit.
